Between Davenport and Reardan

Traveling eastbound from Davenport the old 1908 state road and the 1915 Sunset Highway both continued to follow the section line at Schumer Road to Riffe Rd N. then veers to the right to enter town. In 1918, the highway was improved and follows the railroad tracks. The new highway built in the 1930's bypassed this area. Much of the old highway in this area still retains it's original concrete pavement.
